https://vimeo.com/1803034951914 Main Apartments is the first new construction apartment building in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District, and one of the first developments along the new streetcar line. It utilizes public transportation via streetcar, bus and bike share as an asset to urban development. Unprecedented for KC, this allows for a parking ratio of 0.5 cars/unit and maximizes space to the units. Surrounded by some of KC’s best restaurants, bars, galleries and local shops, the city itself is the amenity package.
