Implantada en un lote de Terralagos, Canning, Provincia de Buenos Aires; la vivienda se ubica en un barrio privado con construcciones linderas, por lo que se busca desafiar las visuales de la misma para potenciar la búsqueda de privacidad de nuestros clientes.
La casa plantea como eje la relación interior-exterior, por lo que se trae el paisaje exterior hacia el interior.
Por medio de un patio interno logramos fluir con el exterior y a la vez, la doble altura que el estar propone, amplia las visuales, iluminación y conexión entre ambas plantas de la vivienda.
Se logra redefinir lo domestico considerando a la cocina como el corazón de la vivienda, la misma se presenta como un lugar intermedio entre dos exteriores, el propio y el del barrio en sí.
Para generar una cálida transición entre el exterior e interior, se define un semi-cubierto en el cual se instala el quincho de la vivienda. Lo que da como resultado la integración total del espacio público de la casa.
El sector privado se ubica en la planta alta con importantes ventanales que enmarcan el paisaje. Por medio del vacío del patio, se distingue un sector familiar y otro de invitados.
Por último, la importancia de la madera como principal material para la imagen de la vivienda y la calidez que el hogar necesita.

Implanted in a plot of Terralagos, Canning, Buenos Aires Province, the residence is situated in a private neighborhood, with neighboring buildings, for wich is sought to challenge the views to potenciate the seek of our client’s privacy.
The house proposes the interior - exterior relationship as an axis, bringing the exterior landscape to the interior.
Through an internal patio we managed to flow with the outside and at the same time, the double height that the living room proposes, broadens the visuals, lighting and connection between both floors of the house.
It is acomplished to redefine the domestic considering the kitchen as the heart of the house, presenting itself as an intermediate place between two exteriors, its own and the neighborhood itself.
To generate a warm transition between exterior and interior, a semi-covered area is defined in which the barbecue area of the house is installed. This results in the total integration of the public space of the house.
The private sector is located on the top floor with large windows that frame the landscape. Through the void of the patio, a family sector and another for guests can be distinguished.
Finally, the importance of wood as the main material for the image of the home and the warmth that the home needs.
