Description
Seamlessly uniting new modular and existing office elements, we envisioned a contemporary new office for Reliance Metalcenter with a retro modern aesthetic. Spanning 8,138 square feet, this modular office structure’s carefully considered placement allows for a new courtyard, the transformation of adjoining offices, and the provision of comfortable quarters for both staff and clients.
By integrating a modular superstructure featuring clerestory windows we were able to bring in ample daylight deep into the body of the building while also providing artificial lighting and advanced HVAC systems to create a light and airy daily experience in the primary work areas.
