Description
This project was created in a building from the late 90s, built by the housing Association PAN. Correction of the interior layout was minimal because the owners wanted to be more ecological and not produce more rubbish for the environment. We managed to reschedule and renew the old ash parquet floor. Terrazzo tiles were used in the bathrooms, which was the dominant material of the 1990s.

What were the solutions?
Minimal change of the layout for the preservation of the wooden floor and change of the traditional fireplace into a bio-fireplace due to ecological reasons. A dresser from the 1960s renovated by a craftsman
