Many of the building’s lovely original details were kept while the unit was modernized and made more comfortable for the owner. The unit, which originally had 3 bedrooms and was a series of small dark rooms, has been reconfigured with a more open floor plan and light filled gracious living and entertaining areas. The new primary suite with sitting room is now at the back of the flat, and a new office and living room are at the front facing the street. The residence is warm and inviting but still modern and elegant.
