Description

We are proud to present the New Architects Podcast (NAP). NAP features discussions with emerging architectural professionals, providing listeners with a deeper insight into the way that architecture is practised in Australia today.

We have NAP Season 1 available for your listening pleasure on our website at: http://www.newarchitects.com.au/Podcast

You can also catch us on iTunes, Stitcher and Overcast.

NAP is a new endeavour from New Architects Melbourne (NAM), a volunteer-based group which, since 2011, has been curating a series of events in Melbourne. Our purpose across all that we do is to provide a platform for up-and-coming architectural practices and industry related professionals to present their vision, design processes and sensibilities in an open and supportive environment surrounded by peers and enthusiasts alike.

We aim to develop the young architectural community by encouraging the use of reciprocal support, mentoring and knowledge throughout the next generation of new architects.

Season 1 of the podcast features interviews with practitioners and journalists WOWOWA, Architecture Architecture, Architecture Media, Archier, BLOXAS, Edition Office, Claire Scorpo Architects and Harrison and White. Presented by Daniel Moore of Open Creative Studio.

We are excited to be a part of raising the confidence, competence, skill and profile of architects that all have talent and heart to make valuable contributions to our built environment and therefore our community.
