Our brief was to fully furnish and decorate the space, creating a home that celebrates its extraordinary waterfront position while reflecting the style and personality of its owners.

The design palette draws on soft, neutral tones layered with accents of black for a refined edge. Rich bronze and gold finishes punctuate the interiors, adding depth and a sense of quiet luxury. Custom-made rugs and curated Italian furniture elevate the tactile experience of each room, while statement lighting and bespoke hardware enhance the overall cohesion and flow.

Working closely with our clients, we sourced art that speaks to their taste and complements the space, seamlessly integrating with existing heirlooms such as the ornate hallway mirror—a nod to the past within a thoroughly modern scheme.
