The façade takes inspiration from the brutalist movement where repetition and expressive forms are present. Metals and concrete plaster come together to form expressive sculptural forms creating a unique arrival experience into the building.

A “Factory” inspired modular ceiling design creates a dramatic yet timeless backdrop to the interior space with beams that run into trusses and columns, custom lighting and seating are seamlessly integrated with the overall design.

Description

The San Po Kong area of Hong Kong, once a garment district in the 1950’s, is quickly transforming into a new commercial hub. Our new development is a creative incubator for the community.
