AC-89

La casa AC-89 está ubicada en el barrio Adrogué Chico, zona sur de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
La intención proyectual fue preservar la intimidad sin perder la relación con lo natural y su entorno. Esto se logra con un frente de carácter volumétrico cerrado, y un contrafrente y planta alta francamente relacionados con el paisaje.
Su morfología se compone por dos barras que se cruzan y contienen el parque, abriéndose hacia él.
La fachada se presenta principalmente maciza, cerrándose hacia la calle. El recurso de los parasoles de madera y de chapa negra, junto con los canteros, permiten una visual tamizada hacia el interior de la vivienda, pero conservando la privacidad.
La ubicación estratégica de un núcleo cerrado de áreas de servicio al frente sirve como elemento transición en el acceso. Una vez que se lo atraviesa, el recorrido de la planta baja es simple y fluido. El usuario ingresa a un gran espacio unificado que alberga el programa principal de la vivienda. Una carpintería ininterrumpida a lo largo de todo el volumen genera un fuerte vínculo entre el interior y el exterior.
Un plano corredizo de madera propone una variedad de situaciones en relación con la cocina. Pudiendo separarla del sector estar-comedor mediante el cerramiento móvil, o conformar un único ambiente integrado a lo largo de toda la barra de planta baja, vincula los usos, dándole un carácter más flexible y permeable a los espacios de uso diario.
Conformando una L, separado por un vacío, se encuentra el sum junto con los servicios, al fondo del lote, en relación con la pileta. Los vacíos captan la iluminación natural, generando distintas atmósferas y juegos de luces en el interior, matizados por la propia vegetación.
La barra superior, atravesada por una circulación lineal como espalda, se extiende a lo largo del terreno abriéndose y aprovechando las mejores visuales para todas las habitaciones, orientadas al Noreste.
El material que se destaca es la madera, en este caso lapacho, utilizada en revestimientos y parasoles. La imagen se completa en el contraste, y a su vez armonía y calidez que logran estos materiales junto con el verde que rodea la casa. Los árboles preexistentes fueron de gran importancia para el proyecto, conservados y aprovechados para potenciar esta sensación de íntima del jardín, acercando el verde también a la planta alta.

AC-89 house is located in Adrogue Chico, a neighbour in the southern part of the Province of Buenos Aires.
The project’s intention was to preserve intimacy without losing the relationship with nature and its enviroment. This is achieved through a closed volumetric front, and a back-side and upper floor frankly related to the landscape.
Its morphology is made up of two intersecting bars that contain the park, opening towards it.
The façade is mainly solid, closing towards the street. The use of the wooden and black sheet parasols, together with the flowerbeds, allow a sifted view into the interior of the house, while preserving privacy.
The strategic location of a closed nucleus of service areas in front, serves as a transition element in the access. Once through, the path downstairs is simple and flowing. The user enters a large unified space that houses the main program of the house. An uninterrupted carpentry throughout the entire volume creates a strong link between the interior and exterior.
A sliding wooden plan proposes a variety of situations in relation to the kitchen. Being able to separate it from the living-dining room sector by means of the mobile enclosure, or to form a single integrated environment throughout the entire ground floor bar, it links the uses, giving a more flexible and permeable character to the spaces for daily use.
Forming an L, separated by a void, is the sum together with the services, at the bottom of the lot, in relation to the pool. The voids capture natural lighting, generating different atmospheres and light effects inside, nuanced by the vegetation itself.
The upper bar, traversed by a linear circulation as a back, extends along the plot, opening up and taking advantage of the best visuals for all the rooms, oriented to the Northeast.
The material that stands out is wood, in this case lapacho, used in coverings and parasols. The image is completed in the contrast, and in turn harmony and warmth that these materials achieve together with the green that surrounds the house. The pre-existing trees were of great importance for the project, preserved and used to enhance this intimate sensation of the garden, also bringing green closer to the upper floor.
