This architecturally designed building is a modern three-level structure featuring three distinct apartments. It includes a basement car park and a rooftop terrace, offering both practicality and leisure spaces. The exterior showcases natural brick cladding, complemented by board-formed concrete banding that adds texture and depth. Black steel surrounds provide a sleek, industrial touch, while vertical batten screens offer a dynamic play of light and shadow, enhancing the building's aesthetic appeal.
