Description
Este proyecto que se encuentra en el barrio de Malasaña se trata de un restaurante nipo-brasileño.
Con este restaurante queríamos representar el viaje que hicieron los japoneses hasta llegar a Brasil, para trabajar en las plantaciones de café. En las distintas salas podemos ver este concepto que sugiere, pero no revela, cosa que podemos ver con las distintas salas y en el mobiliario, ambientado con comunicaciones gráficas.
Lo importante en este proyecto no se centra únicamente en presentar en la comida tradicional de Japón y Brasil, sino también en que las 2 culturas queden representadas y conviven a la perfección en el diseño del espacio.

This project located in Malasaña neighborhood is a Japanese-Brazilian restaurant.
With this restaurant, we wanted to represent the journey that the Japanese made to reach Brazil, to work on the coffee plantations. In the different rooms we can see this concept that suggests, but does not reveal, something that we can see with the different rooms and in the furniture, set with graphic communications.
What is important in this project is not only focused on presenting the traditional food of Japan and Brazil, but also that the 2 cultures are represented and coexist perfectly in the design of the interior.
