Description

‘The Jerk’, Jamaican chicken is a newest burger concept to come to life in Melbourne packed with Jamaican vibrancy, diversity, colour and fun. Corso Interior Architecture have given this new eatery a heartbeat, soul, and drizzled it with a chilled island vibe.

Inspired by Jamaican culture and the coastline of the Caribbean, The Jerk is splashed with colour, beachy tones and rustic features, creating a relaxed bar and eatery filled with feel good rhythms and energy.

The concept is based around the ‘island’ structure featuring a bar and cookline, with seating wrapping around the island, making any seat as fun and social as the next. The interior comprises of neon wall graphics, beach huts and a sandy influenced floor, adding a tropical twist to the décor.

Popular snacks include twice cooked chicken burgers, coconut slaws and smoky tenders with sweet, salty and spicy sauces loaded with flavour and heat. With dine in and takeaway options, it’s an ideal spot for a night tour or a quick bite before the movies
