Description

This new permanent headquarters for the DC Association of Realtors, located just north of DuPont Circle, includes the renovation of a 5,300 sf floor plate and provides space for a range of uses including a classroom, conference, realtor product sales, administrative offices, and events. The new space is comprised of a series of architectural platonic shapes – plane, cylinder, barrel vault – each of which grounds a specific programmatic function.
