Description
This charming character home in Vancouver's Kitsilano neighbourhood was in need of a few upgrades, including the master ensuite, two fireplaces and dining room refresh. We worked with existing room sizes and general layouts to create beautiful spaces that spoke to the original architectural elements and era of the home while bringing in a fresh, updated look.
The master ensuite was a complete overhaul re-working the layout to create a stand alone bath tub and separate shower, while giving ample space between each sink and privacy for the toilet.
The original wood burning fireplaces remained, but their surrounds were replaced with new custom mantles and millwork to complement the original elements.
The dining room layout did not change, but new lighting, paint and furniture was added to refresh the space.
