Questions and Answers

What was the initial vision for the Paddington Penthouse renovation, and how did it evolve throughout the project?

The Paddington Penthouse showcases a thoughtful and transformative renovation, enhancing both spatial and functional aspects. This project involved navigating the DA process to enclose an existing balcony, resulting in an expanded and reconfigured ensuite and walk-in robe.

Key elements of the design include new marble floor and wall tiling, fittings, and fixtures, featuring a freestanding bath set against a linen curtain backdrop to create a soft and inviting atmosphere. A curved skylight, strategically positioned above the bath, mirrors its shape and allows a cascade of natural light to enhance the space's ambience.

Custom steel-framed, fluted glass doors lead into the ensuite from the WIR, providing both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality by allowing light to filter through the space.
