The minimum materials and calm color contrast were reviewed in consideration of the surrounding environment of the residential area, and the mass on the first and second floors were divided into glass to define each mass and reduce the weight from the entire mass.
The stainless steel louver installed by crossing the staccoplex on the second floor gives rhythm to the mass and the original physical properties of the steel make small changes to the quiet surroundings.
