Studio Apartment an interior renovation of a 570 SF unit overlooking Lafayette Park.
A long-neglected studio apartment on the 16th floor of Gunnar Birkerts first—and only—residential building was fully renovated with new finishes and a remodeled kitchen/bath. While the view overlooking Detroit remains unchanged, the studio is now a place worthy of retreat and retrospection.
