Description

The brief was simple a light filled, clean fresh open oasis for a family. The house is on a corner with a gorgeous pocket park behind it and in the pocket-park is a beautiful Jacaranda.

Questions and Answers

How is the project unique?

The owners were committed to making the external of the building as beautiful as the internals, which is something we sometimes we need to fight for. People say why spend 40k on a cladding when i can spend 40k on my kitchen.
We loved the corner location and the visability of the site.

Key products used:

Polished concrete: concrete artisans
Colorbond steel standing seam cladding

What are the sustainability features?

solar panels, cross ventilation, thermal, through the use of concrete floors to hold the heat.
