Description
With this project, JBA reconvinced the prototypical historic brownstone parlor level apartment. Maintaining the charm and character of the existing space, the design takes a fresh take, bringing in in warm modern materials to compliment the scale, proportion and natural light provided by this 100 year old brownstone. The result it the ideal balance between modernity and history, making incredible use of this the modest space.
